Fitness is FUN – especially when you do it with your friends!
Come join us; there is something for everyone:
· Gentle movements: stretching, moving our bodies slowly
· Vigorous movements: jumping and dancing to the music
As always, this is a “move at your own pace” and participate in ways that feel good to you. There are no expectations to “perform.” Come to play, come to watch: it is up to you. [Those who came to our yoga night may find it familiar.]
